Цели и задачи профсоюза
Основные цели деятельности Профсоюза является: - защита трудовых, социально-экономических прав и законных интересов членов профсоюза;- совершенствование и развитие системы социального партнерства, форм и методов своего взаимодействия с нанимателем;
Основные задачи Профсоюза:
- повышение жизненного уровня, материально и духовного благосостояния членов Профсоюза работников и членов их семей; - совершенствование системы оплаты труда в соответствии с его количеством и качеством;- заключение коллективного договора, осуществление контроля за его реализацией, соблюдением законодательством о труде в отношении членов Профсоюза;- участие в разработке проектов актов законодательства и отраслевых нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих трудовые и социальные отношения; - укрепление организационного единства, развитие солидарности, взаимопомощи и сотрудничества профсоюзных организаций и членов Профсоюза.

Основным инструментом социального партнерства является коллективный договор, который регулирует вопросы условий труда, организации отдыха, предоставления льгот и гарантий работникам лесхоза. Договор позволяет расширить рамки действующего трудового законодательства, улучшить условия труда и быта работников, оказывает им материальную помощь. Коллективный договор в Березинском лесхозе заключен в установленном порядке сроком на три года и действует с 23 апреля 2025 г. по 23 апреля 2028 г.
«Действие коллективного договора» – одно из важнейших направлений деятельности профсоюза.

You have such an opportunity, as agritourism develops very rapidly. Allow yourself and your loved ones to visit and relax in one of the most beautiful parts of the Berezinsky district. 15 kilometers from the town of Berezino, 40 kilometers from Borisov, 90 kilometers from Minsk - and you are greeted by amazing forest beauty, on the bank of a large lake, the Vyazychin hunting complex with sturdy wooden houses. Hunting complex Vyazychin relieve you immediately from the many problems associated with recreation in the countryside or in nature. For organized at a high level country vacation you will not have to pay big money. The complex offers five guest houses: two large ones with a capacity of up to 15 people, and three small double rooms. In the big house there is a stove bench for guests from the city. For lovers of outdoor recreation, there are five small pavilions, equipped with barbecue. In the courtyard of the recreation center there are convenient large parking lots for cars. For lovers of active recreation, the hunting complex offers a variety of entertainment: a walk along the ecological path, cycling, swimming on a catamaran or a boat. But the biggest delight and the sea of positive emotions, you will be caused by the bear Dana - do not forget to treat her with sweet delicacies. Behind the territory of the farmstead there are enclosures with spotted deer and European fallow deer. On the territory of the hunter's house you will be welcomed by a Russian bath on the lake with a comfortable terrace for descending into the water. It has long been known that the bath is a symbol of health and has healing properties. The bath is equipped with a separate dressing room, a cozy lounge with a stove, a washing room and a steam room with a fresh smell of alder and fragrant birch and oak twigs. Immediately from the steam room you can plunge into the lake. After the Russian bath, fresh air ensures healthy and sound sleep.
State forestry institution Berezinsky forestry invites you to rest in the hunter's house, which is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Berezinsky district and is designed for the most discerning guests.

Today, hunting is the passion of millions of people, their active leisure, sport, the possibility of knowing the laws of nature and its beauty, participation through hunting management in the preservation and multiplication of the livestock of hunting and other animals. Therefore, the proper organization of hunting allows you to make this fascination safe, technically correct and within the bounds of legality. First of all, you need to know that not all species of wild animals and birds are allowed to hunt.
For the proper and safe organization of hunting, hunting areas are equipped with special hunting towers, hunters for hunters. Hunters have to provide hunters with hunting dogs, decoy ducks, various necessary hunting equipment - salary flags, skis, etc.
The organization of hunting with firearms is permitted if the hunters have permission to store and carry these weapons. In case of their violation, he bears the established responsibility. The organization of hunting for certain species of animals often involves the installation of limit rates, which are indicated in the voucher. It is the responsibility of the hunter to comply with these standards, as well as the timing of the hunt.
